In order to find information about a product purchased and receive a Declaration of Conformity together with detailed information, it is necessary to read the date of sale on the label of the main product followed by the name of the base glass from which the product was made. This information is possible to download with this document.
The Declaration of Conformity has been prepared for:
- Cut glass
- Laminated glass,
- Fire-resistant glass
- ESG toughtened glass,
- ESG toughtened and enameled glass,
- ESG toughtened and heat soaked HST glass,
- ESG toughtened, enameled and heat soaked HST glass,
- TVG thermally strength glass.
In the case of ESG toughtend glass with silk screen printing, the Declaration of Conformity is binding as it is in the case of enamelled ESG glass.
In the case of ESG toughtend silicone glass, as well as thermally strength TVG silicone glass, the Declaration of Conformity is binding in both cases.
Example of a description on the label: If the product was made from Float glass of 4mm, the main label that is stuck on the product shows the name of the base glass as "Float 4mm", as well as a description of the process that the glass underwent. Possible descriptions are as follows:
- "Float 4mm " - means cut glass.
- "Float 4mm hart." - means thermally toughtened ESG glass.
- "Float 4mm hart. emalia RAL" - means thermally toughtend ESG glass that is enamelled with RAL colour where a colour number is given for a specific product.
- "Float 4mm hart. sitodruk RAL" - means thermally toughtend ESG glass with silk screen printing in RAL colour where a colour number is given for a specific product.
- "Float 4mm hart. HST" - means thermally toughtened ESG and heat soaked HST glass.
- "Float 4mm hart. emalia RAL HST" - means thermally toughtend ESG glass that is enamelled with RAL colour where a colour number is given for a specific product and heat soaked HST.
- "Float 4mm hart. sitodruk RAL HST" - means thermally toughtend ESG glass with silk screen printing in RAL colour where a colour number is given for a specific product and heat soaked HST.
- "Float 4mm hart. silikon ICD" - means thermally toughtend ESG silicone glass where a colour number is given for a specific product.
- "Float 4mm pólhart." - means thermally strength TVG glass.
- "Float 4mm pólhart. silikon ICD" – means thermally strength TVG silicone glass where a colour number is given for a given product.
